A doctor's job is to save lives. Upon getting licensed, a doctor does the Hippocratic oath, which states that he must prolong his patient's life above anything else. But what if the boy a doctor must save is a murderer?
All Lives Are Equal
Dr. Kenzo Tenma is a brilliant Japanese neurosurgeon working at the Eisler Memorial Hospital in Dussseldorf Germany. Due to his superior skill in handling the scalpel, he was given all the difficult operation and yet he succeeded in them all. One time, a turkish man was sent to the hospital and needed immediate operation. A famous opera singer was rushed in too. Dr. Tenma was assigned to operate on the opera singer instead of the turkish man who came in first. The turkish man died and the opera singer survived, but the turkish man's death was appealing to his conscience. He promised never to prioritise someone of higher station in life if they did not come in first.
Next time around, a boy shot in the head was rushed in in the middle of the night. That same night too, the Mayor of Dusseldorf incurred an accident and was taken to that hospital. Although he was assigned to operate on the Mayor of Dusseldorf, Dr. Tenma prioitised the boy. The Mayor died on the hands of other surgeons, but the boy survived. This predicament stripped Dr. Tenma of his post as head surgeon and his fiancee.
Things are not always black and white
Dr. Tenma knew he was right. Yes he was. He told his sentiments to the young boy he saved, saying those doctors who humiliated him are better off dead. Be careful what you wish for. The doctors, together with the father of his fiancee who happened to be the operations director of that hospital. After their death, he regained his post, but the boy he saved and his sister suddenly disappeared.
Fast forward, nine years later, the same boy shows up, now a handsome grown man. He confessed he killed the doctors to give something back to the doctor who saved his life. He killed that doctor's patient, but it's just the start of all his horrendous acts of evil.

The man behind the experiments fell in love with the twins mother. But he is too far into it now, and there's no turning back. With his picturebooks he created a monster, a monster that will haunt him forever.
Doktor must make his decision
Must he stop his former patient and kill him, or should he let other people take care of him.
And the dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority. One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was astonished and followed the beast. Men worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked, "Who is like the beast? Who can make war against him?" [Revelation of Saint John the Divine]
To defeat the beast, one must become a monster more fearsome than the first.
